We want you to love your ORELvani purchase. If you change your mind about an online order, UK consumer law gives you a limited cancellation period.
Changed your mind?
You can tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You may handle an item as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund without undue delay and within the legal timeframe. For a valid cancellation, the standard delivery charge paid at checkout is also refundable; any additional premium for an upgraded delivery service is not required to be refunded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
